Refund & Exchange Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
We’ll help you with a return, exchange, or product issue. This policy describes the process and preserves the consumer rights that apply to your purchase in Egypt.
Your return and defect rights
Under Egypt’s Consumer Protection Agency guidance, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange a product without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions in the applicable law. For a product with a defect, consumers may generally request replacement or return and a refund within 30 days of receipt. The applicable statutory conditions and exceptions control.
For an eligible defective product, the Consumer Protection Agency says the supplier must, at the consumer’s request, replace it or refund its price without additional cost; the refund is made using the same payment method within one week of the request. These rights are not reduced by this policy. Read the Consumer Protection Agency guidance.
How to request help
Email [email protected] with your order number, the product name, and a short description of the request. For a defect or delivery damage, include clear photos if available. Our team will confirm the next steps and return arrangements before you send an item.
Product condition and exceptions
For a standard return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, please return the item unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.
This store policy does not limit your rights under applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law, including rights relating to defective products. Statutory rights and exceptions take precedence.
Refunds and exchanges
Where a refund is due, it will be handled according to the applicable consumer rules and the payment method used. An exchange depends on stock availability, without limiting any statutory remedy. Shipping and handling charges will be treated as required by applicable law.
