Delivery choices are shown for your address and order at checkout, so you can review the available service, estimated timing, and any fee before placing an order.

Delivery options

We deliver to locations available in the checkout form. Coverage, delivery timing, and fees can vary by address, product, and order. The details displayed at checkout for your order are the applicable estimate; an estimate may change if the address or order changes.

Before delivery

Please enter a complete address and a phone number where the delivery team can reach you. We may contact you to confirm details that are needed to complete delivery. If you need to update an order, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Delays or a delivery issue

Unexpected conditions can affect an estimated delivery date. If an order is delayed, a delivery attempt fails, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details. For visible damage, keep the packaging and any relevant photos until our team responds.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable consumer rights. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions. Nothing in this page limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
